Charming independent historical residence in the heart of the village. It has two separate levels, double access and an exclusive roof terrace for wonderful outdoor breakfasts and romantic dinners under the stars. Casa Sibilla has been renovated by an architect who has brought out the original features like high ceilings, walls made by stone and beautiful traditional floors, giving to the rooms the antique elegance of the local houses and colours that invite to be entertained by the holiday. The residence offers all the comforts of life in the village, very close to the market square, in contact with local habits, such as religious processions and carnival floats parade in front of the house. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.

The structure consists of two independent sleeping areas on different levels, each one with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The SIBILLA suite, on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms with double bed and double sofa and private entrance, private bathroom with large shower 100x80. The Sibilla Arlecchino suite, converted from the attic, has a double bed and an extra bed, private bathroom and terrace level. They share a well-equipped kitchen and a large furnished terrace.

The booking method is flexible making it possible to rent the whole residence (12+2 guests or 12+5 guests) or each separate suite (from 1 to 3+1 guests).

The residence

At the ground floor there is an elegant double bedroom, spacious living area (mutable in a night are) with a fireplace and a large bathroom with shower, delightful well equipped kitchen. Using an internal staircase it is possible to reach the first floor and find a romantic double bedroom with an extra bed, a private bathroom and also a large balcony.

 

Guest Access

Placed in a very quiet area in the centre of the village, the residence stays at only 10 minutes by walking from the ferry harbour. Casa Sibilla is set entirely on the ground floor and offers two independent entrances, for easy access to its rooms. For those arriving by car, it is possible to park in the streets near the residence or in the nearest parking area that is only 100 meters distance (in Peglisquare).

 

A tour in the surroundings

Situated near the local market and just a few minutes from the Salt Natural Reserve and "the salt road”, perfect places to practice jogging or cycling and admire hundreds of flamingos. In the upper area of ​​the village, the walls lead to the Garden of Notes, the Museum and the Fort, from where you can have a beautiful view of the town, the Salt Natural Reserve and the sea.

The nearest beach (Spalmatoreddu) is just a few hundred meters from the residence. The other beaches of thin white sand and the cliffs of the island are located in a short distance. Access to bathing is free, parking on offer, kiosks for refreshment in almost all the beaches.

 

Rules of the residence

The Island of San Pietro is an uncontaminated paradise, respect for nature and the sustainability of resources are essential conditions for those who want to live it and appreciate the most of it.
Casedicarloforte asks for the observation of some simple rules during the stay:
1. Water on the island is precious and cannot be wasted, please moderate the use of it.
2. Respect the methods of separate waste collection (wet, plastic, glass / metals, paper / cardboard) and dispose them in the appropriate collection area, during the stay and before check-out, taking care to empty the waste bins, the fridge and the pantries.
3. In order to keep the plumbing structure working properly and avoid the use of polluting chemical products, it is important not to throw toilet paper in the toilet and prevent entering the residual waste of food, hair and sand, using the appropriate bin instead.
4. Smoking is not allowed in the residence and pets are not permitted.

In case of repair work, we point out that it is not always possible to ensure the immediate presence of our maintenance department, especially during the periods with more tourists. However, our staff will take care of it and find a timely solution that limits the inconvenience to minimum.
